Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil.
- 1 Sachet Caribbean Sunshine Ram Goat Soup Mix.
- Chopped up burnt Goat Head and burnt Goat Feet.
- 1 lb. Goat Meat cut up.
- 2 Tablespoons Caribbean Sunshine All Purpose Seasoning.
- 4 Green Bananas peeled and cut into thirds.
- 1 lb. Jamaican Yellow Yam diced.
- 2 Medium Sized Irish Potatoes diced.
- 1 Medium Sized Sweet Potato diced.
- 2 Chayotes diced (Optional).
- 1 tablespoon Caribbean Sunshine Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce (optional).
Cooking Instructions:

- Wash Goat Head, Feet and Meat.
- Cover the Goat with Water in a large Pot or Pressure Cooker.
- Add Caribbean Sunshine Ram Goat Soup Mix and Caribbean Sunshine All Purpose Seasoning.
- Cook on medium high heat until the Meat is tender.
- Add Yellow Yam, Potatoes, Chayotes, and Caribbean Sunshine Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce.
- Add more water to cover all ingredients in the pot (if necessary.
- Continue cooking on medium high heat.
- Add Green Bananas (peeled and cut into thirds) when Yellow Yams and Potatoes are almost cooked.
- Continue cooking on medium high heat until all ingredients are cooked properly.
- Add additional Caribbean Sunshine Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce to taste.
